Email Abuse/Spam Complaints

Short version:

We do not tolerate spam.

Long version:

We deplore spam and spend a lot of time trying reduce its impact. To that effect we keep up with the latest anti-spam measures and employ technologies such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC to help receiving ISPs correctly distinguish between our customers' legitimate emails sent via our servers and spoofed spam coming from elsewhere.

If you've received an unwanted email that claims to be sent via a ddf.net server or from one of our customers please forward the entire (i.e. including headers) to us at and we'll investigate. Any email that is found to be spam and was actually sent by a client of ours will be acted upon. Repeat offenses will cause us to terminate the relationship with our client.
